Okay, first a report on the injury from last week..although it looks much better, we figured out that Garek indeed broke his little nose when he did his face plant at violin. Poor little man. Fortunately, his nose was and still is straight.
Today Garek went to his first big boy birthday party. To me that is defined as a party that only Garek goes to, without parents. It is another one of those milestones where you watch your little baby grow up right before your eyes. It was the golden birthday of his friend Gage. Apparently he had a lot of fun and he did not want to leave. Plus he was excited that he was able to go to 2 birthday parties in as many days. Yesterday was Kaleb's and today it was Gage's. What fun times for Garek.

that is too funny that we all 3 wrote about our baby boys (and didn't even realize the others had). Poor baby...a broken nose. I guess there's nothing they can do right?
Yep, nothing you can do as long as it is straight- the good news, being straight- it needs no brace tape or anything and now that the purple is gone, you can barely tell.
I guess we just need to say some prayers that he doesn't have any further wipeouts until the nose is healed!
