"I like Pokeman. They have powers and you can play against your friends with cards. My favorite is Gabite. He is really strong. Gabite can fly and use big bites. My friend Isaac gave me my Pokeman cards, because mom won't buy any for me."
So Gavin is right, we will not buy him Pokeman cards, yet he manages to have a small collection thanks to his friend Issac. So for all of you with little boys...remember you will have to learn about the coolest thing like Pokeman. Sometime you might be the "mean" mom or dad, but really, do they need everything?! Luckily Gavin has learned about Needs and Wants in school this year, so we can fall back to those definitions when necessary. Here are a couple of pictures:
