I thought I should try and squeeze in at least one entry before the first month of the year disappears!
On January 8, 2010 Andee and Bryan became parents of our newest Nephew, Lucas Bryan. I had the priviledge to go and see him in the hospital! He is absolutely darling! Due to the rules at the hospital, Gavin and Garek did not have the opportunity to meet him until a week later, but they are certainly facinated by their newest cousin. Being the fourth cousin of their, it is not new to have a new baby in teh family, but they are finally getting to ages where they are able to hold him without us worry he will be dropped, and they are facinated by how little he is.
We are blessed to have another little one in the family and also fall in love with! It seems miraculous that more family members are added and we still have more love to share will not deminishing the love for the current family members. As our extended family grows, so does the love!
We were lucky enough to see Lucas again today and it surprises me how fast they grow! (You would think as parents of a 6 and 9 year old that Matt and I would remember how fast they grow!).
